Refund policy

Radiance Athleisure accepts returns only on eligible items and in accordance with supplier return guidelines.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

• Items must not be marked as Final Sale

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Final sale items

• Clearance items

• Intimates, swimwear, or accessories where applicable

• Items damaged due to customer misuse or normal wear

Approved returns are eligible for a store credit or refund, minus original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a supplier error.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved by the supplier. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment method.
